We are currently recruiting for a temporary Student Support & Enrichment Officer to provide cover across both sites. The role will involve supporting students throughout the college day, helping to maintain a positive and engaging environment, and acting as a key point of contact for learner support. The successful candidate will be approachable, proactive, and confident working with young people in an educational setting.
Please note: Ideally, you will hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, a DBS check will be required prior to starting.
Across Redhill Site & South Croydon Site
£13.00 per hour
Full Time | Temporary
Immediate Start Available
Likely working pattern will be 2 days at the Redhill site and 3 days at the South Croydon site, although this may vary depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Enrichment Support
- Engage positively with students throughout the college day.
- Supervise the student common room and hub areas.
- Support enrichment activities and college events.
- Assist with sports-related activities where applicable/qualified.
- Student Support
- Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for students.
- Support returning learners back into lessons and college routines.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive student environment.
- Experience working with young people or within an educational environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, approachable, and confident manner.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Sports background or qualification desirable but not essential.
