We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and friendly team within a well-established organisation in Redhill.

If you're organised, detail-focused and have previous HR/Compliance administration experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing onboarding and new starter administration.
  • Completing references, DBS checks and right-to-work checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
  • Supporting recruitment and arranging interviews.
  • Managing HR inboxes and responding to queries.
  • Producing HR documents and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance records are up to date.
  • Supporting wider HR projects as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Recruitment/Compliance administration experience.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Available to start immediately.
