This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, providing expert HR advice and supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Start: Immediate | Temporary contract until August 2026
What you'll be doing:
- Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers
- Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
- Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Supporting probation reviews and attendance management
- Assisting with recruitment during busy periods
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations cases
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
- A professional, confidential and detail-oriented approach
