Location: Redhill, Surrey

Pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary | September/October Start | Approx. 6 Months

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and written correspondence.
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Liaising with internal departments and third parties and provide updates.
  • Processing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Updating internal systems with detailed notes and case information.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration duties.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with service standards and deadlines.

About you:

  • Has previous customer service and/or administration experience.
  • Is confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is organised, proactive and has great attention to detail.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions.
  • Can manage a busy workload while remaining calm and professional.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
