Due to significant and sustained business growth, we’re delighted to be recruiting 4x Admin Coordinators on behalf of a highly reputable and expanding Redhill-based organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established administration and helpdesk function at a pivotal time in the company’s growth.
You’ll be part of a busy, collaborative team, playing a key role in contract delivery, coordination, and client service. Full training and ongoing support are provided, alongside long-term stability and genuine development opportunities.
The Role
As an Admin Coordinator, you will provide dedicated administrative support across a portfolio of contracts, acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners. A key part of this role involves managing a high volume of email enquiries, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, and responded to efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing contract administration support for a portfolio of sites
- Supporting a Contracts Manager and up to 6 engineers
- Managing a high volume of emails, prioritising requests and responding in a timely and professional manner
- Handling incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages
- Daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams (email and phone)
- Managing client callouts received via phone and email
- Raising purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinating health & safety documentation
- Scheduling engineers on a weekly basis
- Preparing documentation for weekly invoicing
- Providing ongoing administrative support to the Contracts Manager
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly contract reports
- Maintaining and updating client databases
