We are excited to be partnering with a highly successful UK business in the consumer products sector who are looking to appoint a Junior Account Manager / Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys managing customer relationships from start to finish. This is far more than a standard account management role. You will need to be commercially sharp, highly organised, and comfortable working with urgency, because the customers in this business expect quick turnaround, strong communication and a service that consistently goes above and beyond. Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Location: Outskirts of Redhill (must be a driver due to rural location)

The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own accounts, keeping communication flowing, and ensuring orders, samples, quotations and documentation are handled accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams to make sure customer requirements are understood and delivered in full, while also responding quickly to queries and keeping key deadlines on track.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong knowledge of the products and customers you support.
- Prepare quotations, documentation and order information accurately.
- Track orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support with samples, compliance-related paperwork and account administration.
- Help manage deadlines and escalate issues where needed.
- Maintain a high level of service and attention to detail across all account activity.
About you
This Account Manager role will suit someone who, as well as being experienced in the sector, will prove to be proactive, commercially aware and able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Experience in account management or similar with a background working with consumer products, ideally private label or made-to-order ranges.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a real desire to provide outstanding service.
- Confident using MS Office, with good attention to detail.
- A proactive, logical and team-oriented approach.
- Able to work calmly and effectively in a busy, high-demand environment.
