Due to significant and sustained business growth, we are delighted to be recruiting 4x Contracts Administrators on behalf of a highly reputable and expanding Redhill based organisation. This period of growth presents an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen an established administration and helpdesk function. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team at a pivotal time for the business, playing a key role in supporting contract delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and maintaining excellent client service. With full training and ongoing support provided, this role offers long-term stability and genuine development opportunities within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing dedicated contract administration support for a portfolio of sites
- Supporting a team consisting of a Contracts Manager and up to 6 engineers
- Answering incoming calls promptly, transferring calls and taking accurate messages
- Daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff
- Responding to client callouts received via phone and email
- Raising purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinating health & safety documentation with subcontractors
- Scheduling engineers on a weekly basis and preparing documentation for weekly invoicing
- Providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly contract reports
- Maintaining and updating client databases

Hours and benefits:
- 37.5 hours per week (Alternating shifts: 8:30am – 5:00pm / 8:00am – 4:30pm)
