Recruitment Consultant – Social Care Sector (Start-Up Desk Opportunity) Caterham (or Remote) | Β£30,000 – Β£35,000 basic + uncapped commission, Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced agency recruiter with proven B2B sales success and a background in social care recruitment? This is a rare opportunity to launch and own a social care recruitment desk within a respected, family run agency that’s been thriving for 30+ years in commercial and IT recruitment. We are expanding into the social care market for the first time and are looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running, bringing their agency expertise, client development skills, and evidence of commission/billings. This is not a resourcer or in-house role β€” we want a consultant who can win clients, grow accounts, and prove the ’ve billed successfully in the care sector. What you will be doing * Building and running a 360 social care desk from day one * Generating B2B new business across care homes, residential services and supported living providers * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, compliance, client delivery * Ensuring all compliance (DBS, RTW, referencing, safeguarding) is met * Growing into a leadership role as the division expands What we are looking for * Minimum 2 years in an agency recruitment role (social care sector strongly preferred).
