Job Description Part-time HR Manager This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a standalone, high-impact HR position where you’ll shape the people strategy and grow with the business. Working Pattern: 2 to 2.5 days per week – flexible to discuss hours/days Hybrid: Minimum 1 day in the office + 1 day WFH This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CFO, offering full ownership of the HR function. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving HR processes, supporting a growing team, and embedding a positive, inclusive culture.
