They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join the team on a full or part-time basis. - Hours: Part-time or full-time will be considered minimum 3 days per week (8am 3.30pm/8.30am 4.00pm)

The Role:
Reporting to and working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and processing of the company’s monthly payroll for approximately 450 employees. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time, while supporting a range of payroll-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and administering the monthly payroll for up to 450 employees
- Ensuring all payroll data is entered accurately and processed within required deadlines
- Calculating and processing statutory payments and deductions, including SSP, SMP, tax and National Insurance
