The Role:

  • Location: Westerham
  • Hours: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 22.5 hours per week (flexibility to cover holidays/sickness)
  • Salary: £32,000 pro rata

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Organising complex UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and restaurants
  • Managing the MD’s emails and correspondence with strong attention to detail
  • Preparing schedules, presentations, and materials for meetings and exhibitions
  • Handling incoming calls and confidently managing sales enquiries
  • Coordinating company events and staff celebrations
  • Managing the MD’s appointments, invitations, and personal travel arrangements
  • Overseeing office facilities and operations
  • Supervising the Receptionist and Maintenance Supervisor
  • Supporting HR admin tasks and keeping CRM/database systems updated
  • Maintaining training records and managing expenses
