Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular well-being checks.
- Provide reassurance and support to young people who wake during the night.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable and homely environment.
- Complete night reports and handovers for the daytime team.
- Assist with light household duties such as laundry and tidying.
- Support routines and preparations for the following day.
- Attend training, team meetings and supervision sessions as required.
