Role: Service Desk Administrator (Entry Level)
Β£22,500 - Β£26,400 per annum
Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
Based in Edenbridge
Please note: the successful candidate will be required to pass background and security checks.
Responsibilities:
- Logging and updating service requests
- Supporting the scheduling of field-based teams
- Communicating with customers by phone and email
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general service desk and administrative support
- Learning all aspects of the service desk, with progression on the horizon
