Role: Service Desk Administrator (Entry Level)

Β£22,500 - Β£26,400 per annum

Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

Based in Edenbridge

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to pass background and security checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging and updating service requests
  • Supporting the scheduling of field-based teams
  • Communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general service desk and administrative support
  • Learning all aspects of the service desk, with progression on the horizon
