Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a well-established high street firm with a strong local reputation? We are working on behalf of a respected high street firm seeking a confident and proactive legal professional to join their busy Litigation Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse caseload while working as part of a close-knit and supportive team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, advising clients across a broad range of disputes, including:

  • Commercial litigation
  • Property disputes
  • Debt recovery matters
  • Employment-related claims

You will also be involved in drafting legal documentation, handling negotiations and mediations, and representing clients where required.

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) in England & Wales
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in civil litigation
  • Strong advocacy and case management skills
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent client care
