We are working on behalf of a respected high street firm seeking a confident and proactive legal professional to join their busy Litigation Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse caseload while working as part of a close-knit and supportive team.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, advising clients across a broad range of disputes, including:
- Commercial litigation
- Property disputes
- Debt recovery matters
- Employment-related claims
You will also be involved in drafting legal documentation, handling negotiations and mediations, and representing clients where required.
