We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team on a 12-Month FTC. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys speaking with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Location: Kenley

Salary: £26,500

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

What will you be doing:

  • Being the first friendly voice on the phone and first helpful reply in the inbox.
  • Processing and checking paperwork to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Keeping customers informed and updated on progress.
  • Taking ownership of queries and finding solutions.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring records are spot on.
  • Producing and updating spreadsheets.
  • Managing post, filing and general office administration.
  • Supporting colleagues and helping the wider team stay organised.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy providing outstanding customer service.
  • Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
