We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Redhill.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical HR advice and support across a wide range of HR activities.

HR Advisor - Temporary 📍 Redhill, Surrey 💷 £17.00 per hour 🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm 📅 Immediate Start | Up to August 2026 📢Must

  • Have: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service📢 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
  • Support probation reviews and attendance management processes.
  • Assist with recruitment activities during busy periods.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience handling employee relations cases.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
