We are working with a respected provider in Guildford to recruit caring, dependable and enthusiastic Support Workers who are passionate about helping others. Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time | Shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support, ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect and kindness. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with daily routines and promoting independent living.
- Providing personal care where required, always maintaining dignity and respect.
