Our client is looking for 2 experienced General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team covering Surrey and South London. This is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of self-employment with the security of ongoing, organised work.
You’ll be working across occupied residential properties, so a professional approach and tidy workmanship are essential.
What You will Be Doing- General building and plumbing work across multiple sites
- Working independently to complete jobs to a high standard
- Representing the company in customers’ homes
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel covered)
- Minimum 5 years plumbing AND 5 years general building experience
- CIS registered (UTR number)
- Full UK driving licence + own van (required for the role)
- Must live in Surrey
- Able to start immediately
- £200 per day (CIS)
- Fuel costs covered (diesel/petrol)
- Full diary of work provided daily
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
