Are you an experienced Senior Administrator or PA who is readily available to start? This is a fast-paced temporary role supporting a Senior Leadership Team with diary management, coordination, and high-level administrative support. Ideal for someone highly organised, discreet, and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Salary: Β£15.43 per hour
Location: Woldingham (own transport is essential)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (flexible on days, minimum 3 days)
Start: ASAP until July 2026 Term Time Only
Key Responsibilities
- Senior Leadership Support: Provide PA and administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management and correspondence. Prepare documents, meeting papers, and take minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Support recruitment administration and coordination.
- Academic, Pastoral & Boarding Administration: Distribute information and maintain policies, handbooks, and key documentation. Support pastoral, boarding, and Sixth Form administration, including schedules, events, and records.
- Events & General Administration: Assist with organising events, meetings, and related communications. Proofread and prepare documents for distribution. Provide reception and office cover when required. Maintain accurate records, lists, and rotas and support wider administrative tasks as needed.
About You
- Previous experience in a PA or senior administrative role within a busy office environment.
- Confident supporting multiple managers and managing competing priorities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent minute-taking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.
- Experienced in producing high-quality correspondence and handling confidential information discreetly.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- IT literate with good general ICT skills.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, with the ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
