Our client, a well-established service provider, is seeking an Entry-Level Administrator to join their busy team in Edenbridge. This is a genuine entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop within a service desk and administration environment.

Location: Edenbridge

Salary: £22,500 – £26,400 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to pass background and security checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recording and updating service requests on internal systems
  • Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of field-based teams
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
  • Providing general administrative and service desk support
  • Learning all aspects of the service desk with clear opportunities for progression

About You:

This role would suit someone who is either starting their career or moving into their first office-based position. You will have a positive attitude, be keen to learn, and feel comfortable working with computer systems. Strong organisation skills, reliability, and clear, professional communication are key to success in this role. No previous service desk experience is required — full training will be provided.
