We are looking for a Deputy Manager for a leading care provider in South London to support young people from complex backgrounds, including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and high-risk challenging behaviour.
If you’re a Senior Residential Support Worker who’s already leading on shift and wants to progress into a Deputy Manager role, this is a genuine step-up opportunity, not a title with no support. We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established Children’s Residential provider who develops their people and promotes from within.
You will need:
- Experience in a Children’s Residential Home – minimum 2 years
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Confidence leading shifts and supporting staff
- Ambition to move into management
