Job Description
Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract
Salary: £35,000 to £36,500 (pro rata)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5pm
Location: Redhill, with occasional travel to South Croydon site
Please note – successful applicants must undertake a full DBS check (criminal records check) and provide full five-year referencing.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join a busy team on a 3-month contract. You’ll support day-to-day operations; help manage compliance tasks and assist with internal projects. This role is key in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Main Duties:
- Help with daily operations and improving systems and processes.
- Support compliance work, including Health & Safety and Data Protection.
- Collect and review data to produce simple reports.
- Track and support progress on internal projects.
- Work with different teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
What You’ll Need:
- Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a compliance-focused role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A qualification in Health & Safety, Audit, or Data Protection (desirable).
- Good organisation and time management skills.
