Are you an experienced Client Services professional within wealth management looking for a high-trust, fast-paced role supporting a senior adviser? We are working with a highly respected, independent wealth management firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Client Services Executive to support a Financial Planning Director on a 1:1 basis. This is a pivotal role within their Private Client team, working closely with high-net-worth clients and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position requires a confident, highly organised individual who can operate under pressure, take ownership, and stay one step ahead in a demanding environment.
The Role
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Managing client communications and ensuring a seamless service throughout
- Preparing, checking, and overseeing client documentation
- Full diary and workflow management, ensuring the adviser is fully prepared
- Liaising with providers and managing business processing across platforms
- Maintaining strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
