£25,000 to £26,500 basic + commission OTE £50K+

We’re looking for two ambitious Sales Executives with 6 months + B2B sales experience (automotive or trade sales desirable) to join a fast-growing team.

The Role:

  • 70% New Business / 30% Account Management
  • Recruit and activate trade partners
  • Drive product sales through distribution channels
  • Use warm leads to build your pipeline
  • Grow existing accounts and increase revenue
  • Support partners with promotions, incentives, and product adoption

Requirements:

  • 6 months + experience in trade, distribution, or channel sales
  • Confident selling to electrical wholesalers, builders’ merchants, or contractors
  • Commercially astute and target-driven
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised and CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience helpful)
  • Driver with own transport preferred
  • KPI: 60 calls per day
