The Role: Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused E-commerce Product Administrator to support the management and optimisation of product data across their e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, hands-on Shopify experience, and a passion for maintaining accurate, high-performing product listings. The successful candidate will play a key role in product uploads, pricing updates, data integrity, reporting, and performance analysis, helping to drive commercial growth and enhance the online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining product listings within Shopify.
  • Uploading new products including descriptions, imagery, specifications, tags, and collections.
  • Implementing pricing updates, promotions, and merchandising changes.
  • Maintaining accurate product and inventory data across sales channels.
  • Monitoring product performance and sales trends.
  • Conducting regular product data audits and resolving any issues.
  • Supporting SEO optimisation and product page performance.
  • Assisting with bulk uploads, CSV imports, and product feed management.
  • Working closely with internal teams to support launches and campaigns.

  • Previous experience using Shopify within an e-commerce environment (essential).
  • Experience in e-commerce administration, product data, or product operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets knowledge.
