We’re looking for two ambitious Business Development Executives with 6 months + B2B sales experience (automotive or trade sales desirable) to join a fast-growing team.
The Role:
- 70% New Business / 30% Account Management
- Recruit and activate trade partners
- Drive product sales through distribution channels
- Use warm leads to build your pipeline
- Grow existing accounts and increase revenue
- Support partners with promotions, incentives, and product adoption
Requirements:
- 6 months + experience in trade, distribution, or channel sales
- Confident selling to electrical wholesalers, builders’ merchants, or contractors
- Commercially astute and target-driven
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience helpful)
- Driver with own transport preferred
- KPI: 60 calls per day
