New opportunity – Service Administrator x 2 – Caterham. This role will provide crucial administrative support to operational teams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency and compliance.

Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 DOE

Location: Caterham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Role:

  • Schedule and coordinate engineer site visits, managing diaries and client communication.
  • Process completed jobs in Simpro, maintain accurate records, and support document preparation and reporting.
  • Review lab reports, match results to jobs, and prepare low-value quotations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve queries.
  • Ensure all admin tasks meet quality standards, compliance, and internal processes.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a service-focused or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with databases and business management systems (experience with Simpro desirable but not essential).
