Our client is a well-established and highly regarded agency specialising in media procurement and the delivery of creative and digital solutions. They are now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join the business in a standalone role, working closely with the Sales Director, Managing Director and wider team to shape and deliver impactful marketing activity. Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 (DOE)
Location: Caterham – Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
The Role: The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering effective marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive engagement and support business growth. Working closely with senior leadership and internal teams, this role ensures marketing activity is aligned with wider commercial objectives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing plans that support business goals and growth.
- Manage and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Create and oversee high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support sales activity through the development of marketing collateral and case studies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities.
- Analyse campaign performance, track ROI, and provide regular reports and insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Plan and deliver events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update website content and social media platforms.
- Own and manage the CRM system (HubSpot), including reporting, user support, and training.
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers, partners, and agencies.
- Provide regular updates on marketing activity and performance to senior stakeholders.
