We are recruiting an Account Executive on behalf of an award-winning business within the print and distribution space, supporting a well-known airline account as part of a busy and friendly Client Services team. This role has become available because the current individual within this role has progressed internally into a new role β a great sign of the long-term opportunities on offer here. The Opportunity
As Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day running of a major airline account, focusing on stock control, deliveries and logistics administration. You will work closely with an Account Manager and wider team, making sure printed materials are distributed accurately and on time across multiple European locations. Letβs take a deeper look at what the role will look like:
- Supporting the management of deliveries and distribution across Europe
- Working with couriers and logistics partners to track and coordinate shipments
- Updating and maintaining information on internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Monitoring stock levels and delivery schedules
- Helping resolve delivery issues quickly and calmly
- Supporting the Account Manager with general account administration
- Producing basic reports and tracking data using Excel
What is our client looking for⦠This role would suit someone early in their career who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working with data. You will ideally have:
- Exposure within logistics, distribution, courier or supply chain environments
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (training provided, but confidence is important)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
- A calm, professional communication style
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to have, but not essential:
- Exposure to shipping documentation or commercial invoices
- Experience in a fast-paced admin or coordination role
- Print industry experience
