Are you an experienced leader within children’s residential care looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference from day one? We are recruiting for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the Bognor Regis area. The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are consistently maintained. You will lead from the front, support and develop your team, oversee care planning and risk management, and work closely with external professionals and Ofsted to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. This role would suit someone who is ambitious, emotionally intelligent, resilient and genuinely passionate about improving lives within the residential childcare sector.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working within children’s residential care
  • Previous leadership or management experience within a residential setting
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of Ofsted regulations
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • A confident, child-focused and compassionate leadership style
