We are looking for not one, but TWO Administrators to join a busy and friendly office team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys speaking with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Location: Kenley

Salary: 26,500

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Benefits: Company Pension, Death in Service, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays and MORE!

What will you be doing:

  • Being the first friendly voice on the phone and first helpful reply in the inbox.
  • Processing and checking paperwork to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Keeping customers informed and updated on progress.
  • Taking ownership of queries and finding solutions.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring records are spot on.
  • Producing and updating spreadsheets.
  • Managing post, filing and general office administration.
  • Supporting colleagues and helping the wider team stay organised.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy providing outstanding customer service.
  • Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
