Temporary Administrator Opportunity – Caterham? Are you an experienced Administrator who’s available immediately and ready to support a busy team through a peak period? If so, we’d love to hear from you! * Hourly Rate: £14.36 * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm * Location: Caterham * Start Date: 21st July 2025 * Duration: 2 – 4 weeks (potential to extend) Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and greet training attendees, providing a professional and friendly first impression. * Record and monitor attendance for training sessions and ensure accurate updates in internal systems. * Prepare and print training materials and paperwork as needed. * Liaise with trainers and the Learning & Development team to coordinate logistics and resolve queries. Skills & Attributes: Working as part of a small team, this is a fast-paced role requiring flexibility and a proactive approach. We’re looking for someone hardworking, hands-on, and able to provide robust administrative support. * Able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively * Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy * Strong organisational and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Maintains confidentiality and professionalism * Proven experience in a similar administrative role * Previous experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or Recruitment would be a bonus Interested in joining a friendly team and making a difference during this busy period?
