We are looking for an experienced and professional PA / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a busy and fast-paced environment on a temporary basis!

Location: Redhill - Occasional travel to the South Croydon site

Salary: £17.00 – £19.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 5:00pm

Start: ASAP – Week-to-week ongoing basis

Please note: Ideally, you will hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, a DBS check will be required prior to starting.

Key Duties:
  • Managing complex Executive diaries.
  • Organising meetings, agendas, papers and minutes.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documents.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinating leadership and committee meetings.
  • Handling confidential information professionally.
  • Supporting projects and administrative processes.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous PA / EA experience supporting senior management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Professional, proactive and highly organised approach.
  • Experience handling sensitive information confidentially.
  • GCSE Maths & English.
