The Contracts Administrator Role:
- You will support contract delivery across multiple sites, working closely with managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers to keep operations on track.
- Directly support your Contracts Manager and team of engineers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries.
- Coordinate engineer schedules and job callouts.
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with subcontractors.
- Manage health & safety documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and admin tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and systems.
What’s On Offer:
- 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts: 8:00–4:30 / 8:30–5:00).
- £28,000 (increasing to £29,500 after probation).
- 22 days holiday (increasing with service).
