YOURRECRUIT LIMITED in Reading is recruiting a Deputy Manager to lead the setup, registration and launch of a new children’s residential home for ages 8–16 with EBD/LD.

From day one you’ll shape the culture, team and standards to create a home that feels like one.

You’ll lead Ofsted registration, build a high-performing team, embed safeguarding, ensure care plans are lived, manage budgets and build relationships with social workers, families and professionals.
