We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Operative to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands‑on role, ideal for an experienced tradesperson with strong experience in bathroom and kitchen installs.
Tasks include:
- Installed and refurbished kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring high‑quality finishes and customer satisfaction.
- Completed a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
- Diagnosed faults and carried out effective remedial works across commercial properties.
- Managed workloads independently, ensuring projects were completed on time and within specification.
- Maintained compliance with health and safety standards while working across multiple sites.
- Collaborated with clients, contractors, and site teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative or in a similar general building maintenance role.
- Strong all‑round trade skills (e.g. carpentry, basic plumbing, patch repairs, decorating, general maintenance).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role).
Pay & Benefits:
