Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Client Support professional looking to step into a fast-paced, high-trust role supporting a senior adviser? We are working with a highly regarded, independent wealth management firm who are looking to appoint a Client Relationship Executive to support the Financial Planning Director on a 1:1 basis. This is a key hire within their Private Client team and offers the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients while playing a central role in delivering an exceptional service. This is a busy and varied position that would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Tasks Client Relationship Executive – The Role:
- You will act as the primary support to a Financial Planning Director, ensuring the smooth running of their client portfolio and day-to-day activities. This includes:
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and maintaining high service standards
- Preparing and checking client documentation and communications
- Managing diaries, appointments, and workflow priorities
- Liaising with providers and processing business on relevant platforms
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with compliance procedures
- Keeping clients updated throughout the advice process
