This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, commercially minded individual to join as Sales Support, gaining exposure to major retail accounts and building a strong foundation in FMCG.
The Role
You will provide internal support across key retail and foodservice accounts, becoming the go-to expert for product, contract, category, and stock knowledge. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Category teams, you will help the business deliver on its commercial goals while developing your own career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, stock levels, and customer portals
- Produce sales reports and support analysis
- Handle pricing and invoice queries
- Support promotions, new product launches, and tenders
- Assist with retailer meetings and reporting
About You
- 1–2 years' experience in a commercial or office environment
- Sales support, coordinator or administration experience essential
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident communicator
- Positive, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Degree or A-Level (or equivalent) desirable
- FMCG or food industry exposure advantageous
