What will you be doing?

This is a hands-on recruitment role where no two days are quite the same. You will receive full training and support while learning how to:

• Source candidates and build your own network
• Advertise vacancies and attract new candidates
• Speak confidently with candidates and clients
• Register candidates and manage the recruitment process
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities
• Build strong, long-term relationships
• Make outbound calls and actively generate opportunities
• Deliver a high level of service to both candidates and clients

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-applications role. You will be encouraged to pick up the phone, be proactive, chase opportunities and deliver results.

Who are we looking for?

You could be a school leaver, fresh out of college, starting your first career, or already have some sales, customer service or recruitment experience. What matters most is your attitude.

What is on offer?

£24,000 - £28,500 basic salary plus commission (realistic first year of £10-£12K – but the sky is your limit)
