Registered Manager – Key Responsibilities As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational management, safeguarding and regulatory compliance of the children's home. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, managing and developing the residential care team. Ensuring the home meets Ofsted requirements, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. Maintaining excellent safeguarding practices and promoting child-centred care. Overseeing care plans, risk assessments and placement reviews. Managing staffing, budgets and day-to-day operations. Preparing for and leading Ofsted inspections. Working closely with the Responsible Individual, local authorities and external professionals. Creating a positive, supportive environment for both staff and young people. Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of residential care.
