Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their Enterprise Systems team. This hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment where technology drives performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build Scalable Salesforce Solutions: Translate evolving business requirements into efficient workflows and platform configurations that support cross-functional teams in a dynamic SaaS setting.
- Optimize Salesforce Functionality: Manage user access, automation flows, security settings, page layouts, custom objects, and more to meet changing business needs.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and implement Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop Reporting & Dashboards: Create impactful reports and dashboards that deliver real-time insights for leadership decision-making.
- Provide Platform Support: Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues, user requests, and administrative support.
- Ensure Data Quality: Manage data imports/exports, deduplication, and cleansing processes using tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
- Drive User Enablement: Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and documentation to support adoption and platform compliance.
- Stay Proactive: Monitor platform performance, keep ahead of Salesforce updates, and recommend improvements to ensure ongoing optimization and compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, configuration (Flows, Process Builder), and permission set management.
- Proven experience supporting teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations with tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench) and system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, MuleSoft).
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); additional certifications such as Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
