Senior Account Executive – Payments – iGaming Location: UK Remote Salary: £70,000–£90,000 + Double OTE + Equity The Role This is a new business sales role focused on high-value online merchants in iGaming and other regulated verticals . The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle—from pipeline building to deal closure—while working cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint in sectors where speed, conversion, and cost-efficiency are mission-critical. The role reports directly into senior leadership and offers excellent progression as the commercial team scales. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with merchants in iGaming, betting, gaming, crypto, and cross-border eCommerce Build and manage a qualified pipeline, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from outreach to contract Deliver tailored product demos Develop strategic account plans to land and expand in key verticals Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with regulatory and compliance requirements Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market insights to support wider business strategy Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Stay informed on developments in iGaming, compliance, and the broader payments ecosystem Requirements ~3–5 years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or merchant services ~ Proven track record closing deals in iGaming, online betting, gambling , or other regulated sectors ~ Strong understanding of account-to-account (A2A) payments or merchant acquiring ~ Commercially astute with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders ~ Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; startup or scale-up experience preferred ~ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ~ Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
