This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on Product Owner with a technical or design background. Whether you’ve worked as a Product Designer who thinks like a Product Manager, or a Product Owner with a sharp eye for interface and UX, you’ll be central to shaping product direction, driving sprint cycles, and delivering thoughtful, usable solutions that directly impact customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own feature development end-to-end – from user discovery to final UI handoff
  • Lead discovery sessions with end users to surface real-world pain points
  • Translate research and feedback into wireframes, flows, and functional specs
  • Prioritise based on data, user needs, and strategic impact
  • Maintain and evolve the internal design system – simplicity and function first
  • Deliver clear client communications on new features and product updates
  • Own incident reporting and maintain roadmap transparency across teams
  • Continuously raise UX standards with a focus on clarity, calmness, and ease-of-use

  • 3+ years in product or design roles within SaaS, marketplace platforms, or operations tools
  • Confident leading sprints, prototyping UX ideas, and engaging directly with users

  • Strong intuition for intuitive, hierarchy-driven interfaces
