Product Marketing Specialist - Role Overview
The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for defining and executing the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the platform. Working closely with Product, Sales, and wider Marketing teams, the successful candidate will develop high-impact content and tools that clearly communicate the value of the platform to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Financial Controllers.
This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact within a scale-up environment.
Product Marketing Specialist - Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored to Finance buyers.
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and product guides.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to gather insights and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Lead product and feature launches, coordinating messaging, internal enablement, and marketing assets.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support differentiation and influence roadmap positioning.
- Create product-focused content that supports awareness, demand generation, and sales conversion efforts.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align on campaign messaging and asset creation.
Product Marketing Specialist - Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in a Product Marketing role within a SaaS business.
- Strong understanding of ERP or Finance software and the needs of the Office of the CFO.
- Proven ability to create compelling messaging frameworks and enablement assets.
- Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
