Role Overview

The business is seeking a Product Manager – Integrations to take ownership of the integration’s strategy and execution within the product portfolio. This role is pivotal in building and evolving integrations with core hospitality systems such as PMS vendors, Channel Managers, and restaurant booking platforms, enabling seamless real-time bookings and data flows.

This is a tactical, craft-focused role that requires strong product management skills with a technical edge. It is not a stakeholder-facing partnerships role; instead, the successful candidate will focus on building, prioritising, and delivering high-quality integrations that unlock measurable commercial impact.

Product Manager – Integrations (Hospitality SaaS) – Key Responsibilities

  • Own the integrations roadmap, defining and executing strategy for connections with PMS systems, Channel Managers, and restaurant booking solutions.
  • Translate commercial goals into technical product requirements, ensuring integrations deliver tangible business and customer value.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to define specifications, prioritise backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of integration features.
  • Analyse integration performance and adoption, leveraging insights to continuously refine and optimise.
  • Work with internal teams (Product, Commercial, Customer Success) to align integration capabilities with go-to-market plans and customer needs.
  • Maintain awareness of hospitality tech trends, competitor offerings, and partner ecosystems to identify new integration opportunities.
  • Champion technical excellence in integrations, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with product vision.
