Our client is a rapidly scaling SaaS organisation operating within the Office of Finance space, helping finance teams modernise and improve operational efficiency across procurement, payments, treasury, and wider financial workflows. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Private Equity Partnerships Manager to build and develop relationships across the UK and European Private Equity ecosystem. This is a brand-new position where the successful individual will have the opportunity to build the division from scratch, shape the partnership strategy, and play a key role in developing a scalable partner-led revenue function.
The Role
- The Private Equity Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building relationships with operating partners, value creation teams, portfolio leaders, and wider sponsor networks across the Private Equity market.
- This individual will work closely with leadership and commercial teams to create strategic partnership opportunities that generate pipeline, introductions, and long-term commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships across Private Equity firms and portfolio networks.
- Engage with operating partners, value creation teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Develop a scalable partnerships strategy focused on long-term revenue generation.
- Create partner-led pipeline opportunities and referral channels.
- Represent the business across networking events, industry forums, and relevant market events.
- Work closely with commercial leadership on go-to-market initiatives.
- Track and manage partnership performance and sourced opportunities.
- Help shape and build the wider partnerships division over time.
Required Experience
- Experience within Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Value Creation focused positions.
- Strong understanding of the Private Equity ecosystem.
- Existing relationships across PE firms, portfolio businesses, or sponsor networks would be highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to generate commercial opportunities through partnerships.
- Experience within SaaS, FinTech, ERP, Procurement, Treasury, or Office of Finance related markets is advantageous.
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to build functions from the ground up.
