The company is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-funnel marketing activity across one of its key verticals, the nonprofit sector. While this remains a strategic area of focus, the broader goal is to find a strong 360 B2B marketer with experience working in tech or SaaS environments, confident in building communities, running events, and delivering results through demand generation and marketing automation. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role offers a blend of strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with sales, content, and product teams to build visibility in the nonprofit space and generate meaningful pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and deliver cross-channel marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads across the full buyer journey.
- Community & Network Engagement: Build and engage relevant communities through targeted campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Event-Led Marketing: Own the event strategy for the nonprofit vertical, including roundtables, webinars, and industry conferences, ensuring each touchpoint supports brand awareness and lead generation.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage platforms like HubSpot (or equivalent) to create, manage, and optimise lead nurturing workflows and campaign execution.
- Sector Positioning: Develop messaging and campaigns tailored to the needs, challenges, and language of nonprofit organisations, supporting product-market fit in this vertical.
- Content Collaboration: Work with internal teams to produce relevant whitepapers, case studies, and partner-led content.
- Sales Alignment: Ensure tight collaboration with sales and customer success teams, supporting the commercial strategy with relevant marketing materials and insight.
- Performance & Optimisation: Track, measure, and analyse marketing performance using CRM and RevOps data to refine campaign impact and ROI.
Skills & Experience
- A proven background in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech product environment.
- Hands-on experience across demand generation, event marketing, marketing automation, and content-driven campaigns.
- Ability to design and execute campaigns aligned to key verticals, with a particular focus on community-led growth.
- Comfortable using marketing automation and CRM tools to manage, segment, and nurture audiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
