- Marketing Operations & AI
- Use Hub Spot to manage campaigns, segment audiences and develop automated workflows.
- Explore AI tools such as Claude to improve content creation, research and marketing processes.
- Build and optimise email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Experiment with AI-driven prospecting and marketing automation.
- Identify opportunities to work smarter through technology and automation.
What we're looking for
We're open to different levels of experience.
You might be an ambitious Marketing Executive looking for greater responsibility, or someone with a few years of B2B Saa S marketing experience who wants to help shape a growing business.
What's important is your curiosity, initiative and willingness to embrace new technology.
Ideally, you'll bring
- Experience in marketing, content, community engagement or marketing operations.
- Strong writing skills and an understanding of how to create persuasive, audience-focused content.
- An understanding of marketing fundamentals, including buyer personas, positioning and messaging.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms, ideally Hub Spot.
- A genuine interest in AI, with some practical experience using tools such as Claude or Chat GPT.
