Manchester | Hybrid – 2 days per week

The company is developing its platform quickly, introducing new functionality, automation and AI capabilities. They now want someone who can sit at the heart of the Product team and make sure customers, Sales and Customer Success understand what's being built, why it's being built and the value it delivers.

It's part Product, part communication, part customer education and part internal enablement. Working directly with Product and Engineering, you'll understand new features and developments before translating them into clear, engaging stories for different audiences.

  • Help Sales and Customer Success confidently explain new products and features
  • Help shape product messaging, release communications and supporting content

You might currently work in Product, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Customer Enablement, Customer Success, Training or another customer-facing SaaS position. Alternatively, you could come from a Risk, Compliance or GRC background and be looking for an opportunity to move closer to technology and Product.

Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) would also be valuable, but it isn't essential.
